Yes, sometimes a short ride will do the trick.The bottom photo makes it appear that you have some hills on your short loop.
I just gave you some love in today’s quickie entry. I did 8m last night and 6m this morning b/c that’s all I have time for, and I’m glad to have made use of the time. It’s awfully well-spent, and I thank you for having the wisdom to point it out.
Yep. Now that I don’t feel a need to change into special clothes to ride, a short spin is easy. I just grab and go…and let my troubles go…It’s good to see others treasure the short ride.
